Yes. All products are 100% original, brand new, and sealed — unless otherwise specified.
How do I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an SMS or email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

Shipping & Delivery
Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes, we ship to all cities and towns in Pakistan using trusted courier partners such as TCS, Leopards, M&P, PostEx, and Trax.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 5–7 working days, depending on your location. Remote and rural areas may take slightly longer.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges vary by product and location. Many items qualify for free shipping, and exact charges appear at checkout.
Can I choose my courier service?
We select the best courier automatically. If you have a preference, you may inform us during checkout, and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.
What if my order is delayed?
Delivery may be delayed due to courier issues or weather conditions. You can track your parcel using the provided tracking ID or contact our support team for assistance.

What payment methods are accepted?
Currently, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders. Secure online payment options will be added soon.
Is there any extra fee for COD?
No, there are no additional charges for Cash on Delivery.
Do you accept credit/debit cards?
Not at this time. Online card payments will be available soon.

Return & Refund
Can I return a product?
Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days if the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective. An unboxing video is required as proof.
How do I request a return?

How long does the refund take?
Refunds are processed within 8–15 business days after the returned product is received and verified.
